HWRE Referrals is a division of Helping With Real Estate Consulting LLC, a Florida License Brokerage.

We are brokerage designed specifically for referral agents and help agents make the most of their parked real estate license.

We also have marketing options for referral agents to stay connected to their community and past clients to generate more referrals.

The brokerage is owned and run by Tanya Eldert, broker. She has been in real estate since 2015, is a licensed instructor, owns the Agent Success School and agent concierge company, and authored the Agent Success Steps.
